Keep your ERP experience hassle-free with our inexpensive, secure, UK hosting. Private or shared, yearly updates and first access to our developments, you have every reason to keep things simple with us.

We have implemented a new advanced containerised platform allowing fast deployment and more flexibility. You can reap the benefits of a large shared platform and let us manage the code, or if you need server access and prefer to keep things private, you can have that too!

What will I get?

We do not limit the number of users, but the platform sizing is based on your usage of various resources.

Shared or Private?

Shared
The lowest cost options run on a shared container so the ability to change software is limited. We manage the code and give you free yearly updates so you don't have to worry!
Private
For those that want to be completely isolated with full control of the code & ssh access, you can have your own container with the private option. This is useful if you already have IT staff to manage things for you and need the extra flexibility.

What will I need to provide?

Backup Destination
You must have Google Drive, Dropbox or Amazon S3 storage available to receive database & file backups. Other rclone options are available for an additional charge. Click on the links for more setup information. This ensures we do not process your data and do not become liable to the ICO.
Email Server (optional)
We do not handle your email, so if you want to use that ERPNext functionality, you must have access to POP/IMAP and SMTP servers. Outgoing email setup is handy for backup notifications too.
Domain Name (optional)
If you wish to use the ERPNext website functionality, or have the ability to email your suppliers or customers directly from ERPNext, you will need to have an internet domain name (DNS) set up and be able to create A type DNS records.

Otherwise you can choose a site name ending in cloud.casesolved.co.uk.
